Minimum Qualifications & Conditions

Our disciplined use of Leica Robotic Total Stations and Sokkia GRX-1 GNSS GPS unit utilizing corrections via the South Carolina and North Carolina Geodetic Survey VRS network we can control projects timely and accurately by means of conventional surveying or GPS RTK surveying. We strive to place survey control points in areas of limited disturbance to facilitate and maximize productivity while on each and every project. Good, sound survey practice with our equipment enables us to offer quality and timely delivery of every type of survey. We will work closely with the client for scheduling and requested survey services. We take pride in being prompt, courteous, and most of all providing accurate, client/contractor friendly survey services. Upon arriving on all project sites we require survey crews to check in with the client, supervisor, or representative.

Capacity to work within time limitations, The ability to operate up to three (3) survey crews helps us to be extremely versatile with scheduling should any conflict arise due to an emergency request for survey services. Reasonable notice to perform services is always appreciated; however, we acknowledge that there will be requests made requiring a quicker response and we strive to work within any schedule.

Familiarity with Survey issues, Our experience has afforded us the opportunity to work with almost any type of problems with reference to Land surveying, including but not limited to construction staking, controlling the survey, scheduling, and boundary disputes. If we identify any problems, we think the best policy is to discuss potential issues and develop a strategic method to resolve any conflict. We feel identifying a conflict beforehand is much more conducive to the success of any project and inevitably benefits the fluidity of any project with respect to cost and time. Should a problem arise during the field survey of any project we are well qualified to make adjustments in the field with appropriate approval.
